New book

Will Swanton has spent the last year on the trail of Roger Federer, Rafael Nadal and Novak Djokovic for his sixth book, The Slams. Three of the greatest players of all time are colliding in the same era, peaking simultaneously, fighting for the only titles that really matter :the Australian Open, the French Open, Wimbledon and the US Open. Covering everything from accusations of performance-enhancing drugs to personal tragedies to minutiae like how much it costs a professional to have his racquet re-strung, featuring three of the most famous athletes on the planet and set amid the grand backdrops of Melbourne, Paris, London and New York, Swanton's fly-on-the-wall account lifts the lid on all the rivalries, allegiances, rifts and realities in the most explosive era that men's professional tennis has ever produced.
