Fantastic item of original banking memorabilia that would look great framed.
Original bank cheque issued for paying War Stock dividends, issued by Department for National Savings, London.
Made out to to G E Mason esq. of Hataitai, Wellington and dated 1983.
Interesting to see how old invoices/receipts and letters were pinned together before there were staples, and payments were officially receipted using postage stamps.
CONDITION
Excellent with handling wear/creasing, remittance slip detached from the cheque. Images depict all need to know detail.
