Antique edition of the New Zealand Herald newspaper from 102+ years ago.
The New Zealand Herald was founded by William Chisholm Wilson, and first published on 13 November 1863. Wilson had been a partner with John Williamson in the New Zealander, but left to start a rival daily newspaper as he saw a business opportunity with Auckland's rapidly growing population.
Full of Kiwi nostalgia - these old newspapers take you back in time to the current affairs of the day and how life was in New Zealand. They include many old and amusing vintage adverts, and especially interesting is remembering how low-tech society was and how little things used to cost.
CONDITION
Excellent - complete and intact with light wear/marks/tears on outer pages. Images depict all need to know detail.
