The Voyager incident occurred on the night of 10 February 1964, when the aircraft carrier HMAS Melbourne collided with the destroyer HMAS Voyager off Jervis Bay NSW.
Vice Admiral Harold Hickling writes with sympathy and understanding for during WWII he was in command of the cruiser Glasgow when it collided with the destroyer Imogen, with the tragic loss of life.
