U-Boat 977 escaped to Argentina from Norway, where it was based, at the end of WWII.
At one stage it was submerged for 66 days. The commander of U-Boat 977 tells of his earlier career as well as his last wartime command, and tells of the journey to Argentina.
Illustrated with monochrome images, cutaway drawings and diagrams/map on end papers.
CONDITION
Excellent original condition, wear/repairs on dust jacket, light foxing inside end papers, binding tight, pages otherwise clean. Images depict all need to know details.
