Volume 1 describes the products of manufacturers from Bell and Curtiss.
Volume 2 describes the products of manufacturers from Douglas to Vultee.
The criteria for inclusion in these volumes is that it should have either seen operational use during the period of World War II, or that it should have reached flight test as a prototype by the end of the war. Each aircraft entry includes developmental notes, and service highlights.
Illustrated throughout with monochrome and colour images and drawings.
CONDITION
Excellent with only light shelf wear/marks on covers and page edges, pages otherwise clean, no stamps or inscriptions. Images depict all need to know detail.
