This is a modern reproduction of a vintage poster from 1930s New Zealand that would look fantastic framed.
Land sale posters were a frequent sight in the 1930s. Population increases and urban expansion at that time meant the estates and agricultural land close to major cities were being gradually taken over for housing development.
Includes a certificate of authenticity.
