Story of Loweel Yerex, adventurer, aviation pioneer, multi-millionaire, New Zealander.
He left New Zealand at the age of 16. He was a fighter pilot over France during WW I and was taken prisoner by the Germans. After the war he started an aerial circus which toured California. He flew as a commercial pilot in Mexico, then later established a freighting airline based in Honduras.
Illustrated throughout with monochrome images and maps.
CONDITION
Excellent, clean and intact with wear on dust jacket and spotting on end papers and some pages, no stamps or inscriptions. Images depict all need to know detail.
